    Solid Performer in the Kitchen

    This NutriPro Juicer Mixer Grinder (500W) has been a surprisingly useful kitchen addition for me over the past few months. It’s powerful, handles juicing, and mixing efficiently, not used grinding much. The jars are solid and well-designed. I’ve found it especially handy for whipping up a quick smoothie in the mornings. Their customer service is also top-notch – very responsive, supportive, and efficient. If you need a reliable, no-fuss kitchen tool, this is a solid choice.

It’s powerful, easy to use, and gets the job done perfectly every time. Unfortunately, after 8 months, the blades broke-but that’s where the real value of this product showed up.The mixer comes with a 2-year guarantee, and I was truly impressed by their customer service. I contacted them, and not only did they replace the broken parts, but they also sent an extra blade for future use-all the way from Mumbai! The response was quick, professional, and very customer-focused.It’s rare to see such great after-sales support these days. Highly recommend this product for both its quality and the excellent support that comes with it. Very happy with my purchase!!

They responded quickly and generously. Since the product was under warranty, they promptly sent me a new one immediately.The juicer grinder works wonderfully – it blends everything smoothly and efficiently.     Stopped working after months, got a replacement!!

    I had purchased this in Oct 2024. The mixie machine is very powerful and it does the job extremely well. The jar is very strong,, and its lid is tightly sealed. It’s been 8 months; it was working very well.2 months ago, I went to my home,, leaving it unused at the hostel. I came back months later, put fruits & milk into the jar, connected it to the power supply, and turned it on, but it didn’t rotate. I cross-checked everything; even the power supply was there. The only thing was the Mixie machine wasn’t working.I made a call to the service. They told me info has already been shared to my whatsapp. There they asked me for a range of information, such as my address, product invoice, and the issue I had. They also asked for some images and video samples of the mixie machine. I sent it all to them.Ms. Ayesha was handling my issue. She told me she’ll arrange a replacement only for the mixie machine, as I was a recently purchased customer. Just after 6 days, I got the replacement done and received the newer mixie machine. Till now it’s working well.Cookwell is the company that manages Nutripro products. So, a very big thank you to Ms. Ayesha and Cookwell Private Limited for arranging the replacement as well as the smooth delivery of the mixie machine within days.Talking again about the product, I believe this is a perfect mixie machine set for normal users like me. If you are a heavy user and will use it multiple times a day and for the entire week, making juices, chutneys, and many more every day, then I’ll recommend you go for a bigger and more capable machine. But, if your requirements are not that high, then it’s an adequate mixie machine.

    There was an issue with the product therefore contacted “Cookwell Domestic Appliances” customer care. Ms. Aliya who attended the call gave a patient hearing and said she would get back in 10 minutes. Promptly she returned the call giving me an immediate solution to the issue I had raised.Said she would replace the machine since it was under warranty. She initiated the replacement process the very next day. I was updated with the details of despatch and she assured me the replacement would reach me soon.I received the replacement yesterday. Thanks Cookwell Domestic Appliances and to your Customer care person Aliya. Besides a small glitch which would happen to any manufactured product,the product is definitely good and does fulfill what the manufacturer claims. It is worth buying you will never regret.     Reliable product and customer support

    Really impressed with the product. I bought this product in July 2024, and in June 2025, I raised a complaint. The reviews mentioned here accurately reflect the responsiveness of the customer support. They immediately looked into the concern and replaced the mixer blade. Even got the replacement delivered within a week.As for the product, it’s gooood. Not for heavy stuff, but daily simple grinding and mixing like grinding cinnamon, ginger & garlic paste, onion paste etc. Even juices are done well.Product quality + functionality + customer support = great.I would suggest going for this product.

    Good After Sales Support

    I would give it 1 star because of blender quality. The product delivered is defective (blender broken after 1-2 use) and the one received after replacement is also having the leakage.Then I contacted the customer support through email. Got the promote response of WhatsApp and they send new blender to me. Now they are working fine for almost 4 months. So i improve rating to 4 star for after sales support.Customer support – 5 star.Response time – 4 starBlender function – 4.5 star – quick and easyJug quality – 4 star,Cleaning – 3 star. Some improvement is needed.Additional – 4.5 star – without inserting the blender u can’t operate the mixer, it’s like a lock.I hope this is useful for you. I will update after some time.
