റിട്ടേൺ പോളിസി (Return Policy):
ഞങ്ങളുടെ പക്കൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങുന്ന ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങൾക്ക് എന്തെങ്കിലും തരത്തിലുള്ള കേടുപാടുകൾ (Damages) ഉണ്ടെങ്കിലോ, തെറ്റായ ഉൽപ്പന്നമാണ് ലഭിച്ചതെങ്കിലോ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് അത് മാറ്റിയെടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ഇതിനായി ഉൽപ്പന്നം ലഭിച്ച് 3 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ (3 Days) നിങ്ങൾ ഞങ്ങളെ അറിയിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. 3 ദിവസത്തിന് ശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന പരാതികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
നിബന്ധനകൾ:
ഉൽപ്പന്നം ഉപയോഗിക്കാത്തതും, ലഭിച്ച അതേ പാക്കിംഗിൽ തന്നെ ആയിരിക്കണം.
ഉൽപ്പന്നത്തിന്റെ ടാഗുകളും ലേബലുകളും മാറ്റാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.
റീഫണ്ട് പോളിസി (Refund Policy):
നിങ്ങൾ തിരിച്ചയച്ച ഉൽപ്പന്നം ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ലഭിച്ച് പരിശോധിച്ച ശേഷം, പരാതി ബോധ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ 5-7 പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങൾക്കുള്ളിൽ നിങ്ങളുടെ പണം തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതാണ് (റീഫണ്ട്). തുക നിങ്ങളുടെ ബാങ്ക് അക്കൗണ്ടിലേക്കോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ നിങ്ങൾ പണമടച്ച അതേ രീതിയിലോ (Original Payment Method) ലഭ്യമാകും.

Return Policy:
