    There are two aspects to this purchase. One is the lamp itself and the second is the supplier.The lamp is small, very light and flimsy. The pockets at the side are useful for keeping pen and pencils or a TV remote. The light is bright enough if kept close to reading material. Suitable only as a table or a bedside lamp. Changing light colour, and adjustable brightness are good features. The battery charging indicator light should have been on the front and not at the back where it can’t be seen. It’s OK for the low price.Regarding the supplier. They sent a defective piece which had no battery and hence needed to be always connected to a power source or otherwise it would not work. These basic functions should be checked before despatch. On the plus side the replacement came very quickly.
